COMPANY PROFILE

Prime Metroline Infrastructure Holdings Corporation (Prime Infra) was incorporated in 2017 to focus on the rapid growth in infrastructure spending in the Philippines. Our first step consisted in establishing a contractor, Prime Metro BMD (PBMD). Today Prime Infra is also an infrastructure developer and operator with a focus on water projects.

Geographically our attention is initially to anchor the business in the Philippines, however we are continuously evaluating projects across the globe with particular attention to emerging markets.

  • Enrique K. Razon, Jr — CHAIRMAN
  • Enrique Razon Jr. is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Infra and Prime Power. He is also the President of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), a Philippine-based company involved in the management and operation of 30 ports and terminals in 18 countries.
    The Razon Group has a long-standing reputation of being pioneers and innovators in the management and development of ports, terminals and related facilities.

  • Guillaume Lucci — DIRECTOR
    Guillaume Lucci is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Prime Metroline Infrastructure Holdings Corporation and Prime Metro Power Holdings Corporation, developer and operator of water and power projects and the Head of Major Project and Capital Expenditures at International Container Terminal Services, Inc.

    With expertise in structural and port engineering, as well as engineering economics, his career focused on infrastructure development and held several leadership roles in the industry.

  • Stephen A. Paradies — DIRECTOR
    Stephen Paradies the Director of Prime Infra and is also the Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Jebsens Maritime Inc.

    Before his stint in Prime Group as Director, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Information Officer of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. since 2004 until May 2015 and held several leadership role in Marine, Aviation and Bank and Finance industry.

  • Jose C. Ibazeta — DIRECTOR
    Jose Ibazeta joined the Prime Group as a Director and has been Special Envoy to Middle East Countries in Charge of Coordinating Humanitarian and Reconstruction Efforts Related to Iraq since June 2003.

  • Christian R. Gonzalez — DIRECTOR
    Christian Martin Razon Gonzalez has been Senior Vice President of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. since April 21, 2016 and has been its Head of Global Corporate since November 2018.

    He served as Regional Head of Asia Pacific & MICT at International Container Terminal Services, Inc. since 2018

  • Jesus Bernardo M. Palma III — CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
  • Jesus Palma III joined Prime Infra in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. A Certified Public Accountant by profession. Prior to Prime Infra, he progressively assumed financial roles in cement, manufacturing of elevator and moving walkways industry.

  • Melvin John Tan — SECTOR LEAD WATER
  • With over 15 years of demonstrated successful history of working in the infrastructure space. Skilled in Corporate Strategy, Operations Management, Sales Operations, Financial Operations, Business Development, Project Delivery, People Management, Regulatory Affairs and Government & Stakeholder Relations.

    He has extensive experience in Public-Private Partnership models, government to private transitions and start-up operations.
